POCKLINGTON CLINICS
Wednesday clinic: Athletica Health @ YO4 Functional Fitness, Unit 2A Hampden Road, Pocklington Industrial Estate YO42 1NR
Saturday clinic: Held monthly @ Glow Holistic Wellbeing, 7-9 Railway St, Pocklington, YO42 2QR
Your initial consultation will take around 1 1/4 hours, and will be a deep dive into your health - current challenges and past medical history. I will observe your pulses and tongue, perform a blood pressure check and urine dipstick test. This will all shed light on how plant medicines could support you to come back into balance, and we'll create a plan together. Depending on prognosis, we'll schedule follow up appointments (45mins) as needed, until we reach a resolution.

UPCOMING EVENTS
A Workshop Exploring Herbal Support for Digestive Health
Glow Holistic Wellbeing - Thursday 24th April 6.30-8pm
Cost £15, including reference materials & goody bag
A healthy, happy digestive system is a true foundation of our overall wellbeing. Our digestive system works hard to extract maximum nutrition from our food, thereby creating the energy we need to grow and thrive. It is also integral to our immune system, and to our mental health, through the gut/brain axis. Modern research is catching up with what traditional healing systems have always known, that dysregulation in the gut can impact the whole body, and is often at the root of systemic disease.
Herbal medicine has been used for centuries to support and care for the digestive system. Plants are foods, and our bodies respond well to them with minimal side effects.
During this workshop we will explore how the digestive system functions, how it can get out of balance, and some simple herbal strategies we can use to gently restore and heal our gut.
